But because hunting (& fishing) license revenues are tied to federal matching dollars from execise taxes on equipment - the diversion of hunting fund license funds would cost SD up to $8million in federal matching funds.<BR/><BR/>HB1003 would "clarify" the law of civil trespass and allow for award of civil damages.
