I must admit I only read the Pre-school part of McCain's (I actually read all of Obama's because it was only one page long), but, wow! McCain really has his act together. His plan is well-thought, detailed, and thoroughly explained, I.E. "here's where we are, here's where we want to be, and here is HOW we will get there". It is a PLAN. Meanwhile, Obama tells us that he will provide "high-quality" education. No plan, just a promise.
