PUC Moves to Hear Rahn Testimony (Good!)

I'm listening to the PUC broadcast -- already, we get one good vote! TransCanada moved to exclude testimony submitted by an expert names Rahn, since evidently the testimony didn't get filed in time. The explanation from the PUC: evidently the testimony got kicked out by the PUC website somehow, even though it's dated Nov. 13. One of the commissioners said that the PUC has traditionally erred on the side of allowing all parties to be heard, and the commission ruled it would allow the testimony! Yahoo! Let's hear it for hearing everything we can!
