Presidential Polls Through the Primary!

Dakota Wesleyan Tiger Poll Research Team is probably headed for summer break, so it's up to us bloggers to keep checking the thermometer on South Dakota voters as we head for the June 3 primary. Cast your vote in the three polls you see in the right sidebar here. The top two are for everybody; the third is for Dems registered for the SD primary (don't forget: registration deadline is May 19!).

You can vote once in each poll, but I'll refresh the poll every few days to take a new read of the electorate (or at least the enthusiastic blog-reading faction thereof) and see if there's any shift. If other bloggers and outlets get poll numbers, maybe I'll even whip up a tracking chart and poll average like on Real Clear Politics!

And hang in there, GOP friends -- I'll rotate in a couple polls on the big Republican primary races: the US Senate race among Kephart, Gonyo, and Dykstra, and the Lake County Commission primary among Pederson, Bohl, Hagemann, Giles, and Goeman.

KJAM is polling the presidential question as well, so vote here, then head to KJAM and speak up as well. The results as of 07:05 CDT today:

McCain ahead, Obama second, and Clinton tied with Ron Paul. Uff da! Get over there and show your support for your candidate!
