Recession Boogie: Things Can Only Get Better!

Hey, legislators! As you bust your chops working on the budget, do you feel scared? I do. But don't stop and falter! Here's a little 80's blast to boost your spirits (watch for my synth-drum solo at 3:30):

    There's fear, but I'm not going to panic. That wouldn't help anyway. I simply intend to stay out of debt.
