Former SD Debater Raidoo Wins Rhodes Scholarship

Another reason Madison HS needs to rejuvenate its debate program: debaters kick academic butt!

University of Iowa student Renugan Raidoo, former stand-out debater for Vermillion and Sioux Falls Lincoln High Schools, has been named a 2010 Rhodes Scholar. He's a chemistry and anthropology major, and he's already presented research as an undergrad here and overseas. He's also active with Amnesty International and BPlans for Humanity.
