International Dairy Queen CEO Comes to Madison

How good is the Madison Dairy Queen at Miracle Treat Day? So good that Charles W. Mooty, President and CEO, International Dairy Queen, Inc., made the drive to be here today. Madison DQ owner DeLon Mork Pointed out in an interview last week that IDQ took some ideas from the Madison DQ's stellar performance on Miracle Treat Day 2006 and created promotional materials for Dairy Queens everywhere to follow. Now CEO Mooty has come to Madison to see excellence in action himself. Mr. Mooty toured the store during the noon crush, visited with numerous Madison residents and Miracle families, and even accompanied DeLon on a Blizzard delivery to Gehl Mfg. (I'm pretty sure he got a Blizzard on the way out, too!)
