Officer Rob Haug and "unnamed assistant" (not a felon, Officer Haug assures us!) haul out 15 Blizzards for the Madison Police Department. Officer Haug assures us further that enjoyment of creamy Blizzard goodness will not result in a lull in security for the good people of Madison. Says Officer Haug, "I can drive and eat."
