Parents who spoke and showed support for their kids at the public meeting seemed to have different reasons for being there. Some said breaking into the system was "no big deal" while others didn't like the academic punishment of not getting full credit for classwork and test and others wanted their computers back. I don't think the district is finished investigating or rounding up kids yet. Word among parents is a sophisticated password breaker software was used. It wouldn't be that hard to track who bought the software, would it? After all, how many orders from 57042 could they have?
