LAIC and Lake County Commission -- Now What?

Among the items on the agenda for tomorrow's Lake County Commission meeting, an executive session at 11:30 a.m. with Lake Area Improvement Corporation director Dwaine Chapel. The subject, reports MDL: "legal matters." (I'd link to the County Commission agenda packet itself, the way I can to the city commission's, but I can't, since our county webpage is still in the Stone Age).

Legal matters? With the LAIC? Good grief, what now? Unless someone's getting sued, why are we having a secret meeting again? Anyone with information is welcome to shed some light on the meeting here!
