Overheard from Robert Jones, TransCanada Keystone Pipeline VP, under oath before the PUC this morning: he says that TransCanada owns and operates over 36,000 miles of pipeline and it would be "unreasonable" to ask the company to turn over all of the leak reports for that huge network.
Oh, so is VP Jones saying there are so many leaks that they can't humanly produce or keep track of all the leak reports TransCanada has had to produce? Hmmm...
