Technology Takes Over the Classroom

...hey, it's KELO's headline, not mine. The Senate may have killed increased funding for laptops (though the session ain't over yet), but Smart boards, iPods... they're everywhere! Aaaahhh!

  1. As long as kids still have to submit papers in person, on paper, I'll be happy. Unlike my college, where if you don't submit your paper online it isn't considered for grading. I took an English class this last semester, and broke my back writing a comparison of Faulkner's views on the roles of women in his work, 15 pages, went through several levels of Hell to get it printed properly, went to class... and was told my paper was going to be late because I didn't submit it online. Stupid technology...
