PP will be thrilled: Senate Bill 71, the Jerstad Plumber's Bum bill, is up!

ReplyDelete...if you consider nudity a sex offense, which I think is questionable. And considering the long term and very serious consequences of labeling someone a sex offender, I'm not sure if it's a net we should be widening.
