Hyperion Air Pollution Permit Hearing Starts Tuesday in Pierre

Don't forget: the South Dakota Board of Minerals and Environment holds four days of hearings this week, starting Tuesday, to determine whether to grant Hyperion permission to pollute the air around Elk Point with a new oil refinery. The hearings start at 10 a.m. Tuesday (with some smaller issues up first), then 9 a.m. Wed–Fri. Let's hope the BME will put environment over minerals on this one.
